日本薬局方の「通則」の中には基本的なルールが記載されています。Principal rules are described in the “General notices” in the Japanese Pharmacopoeia.
「通則 １６」に、試験または貯蔵に用いる温度について規定がなされています。The temperature for the tests or storage is defined in “General notice 16”.
試験や保管の温度は原則としては具体的な数値で記載します。でも、以下のような記述もできます。The temperature for the tests or storage is described in specific figures, in principle. However, the following expressions can be used instead.
標準温度(Standard temperature) 20℃
常温(Ordinary temperature) 15～25℃
室温(Room temperature) 1～30℃
微温(Lukewarm temperature) 30～40℃
冷所(Cold place) 1～15℃ ※別に規定がなければ(Unless otherwise specified)
冷水(Cold water) 10℃以下(not exceeding)
微温湯(Lukewarm water) 30～40℃
温湯(Warm water) 60～70℃
熱湯(Hot water) 約(approx.)100℃
冷浸(Cold extraction) 15～25℃
温浸(Warm extraction) 35～45℃
